ORDERING

Payment: I accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express thru my merchant account here at the shop; money orders made payable to Mary T’s Doll House, or Paypal (please email first). Personal checks are accepted but will be held for 5 business days before merchandise is shipped. Please do not send cash!

Tax: Pennsylvania residents must pay 6.0% sales tax on their purchases. This is added in automatically at check out.

Pre Orders: I do accept pre-orders. For most items, no deposit is required. I use the honor system and expect that you will honor your pre-order. If you decide you do not want an item you have pre-ordered, your entire order will be cancelled. When items do arrive in stock, I will email you so that your order can be processed and shipped. If you do not reply to my reminder email, you entire order will be cancelled. Certain items such as Fashion Royalty will require a 20% nonrefundable, nontransferable deposit.

Ordering online: All orders placed online thru my website are processed offline at my shop. This means that your credit card is NOT charged when you place an online order. My site does NOT have the capability to charge your card automatically.

Special Orders: I do take special orders. Please email or call for more information. In some cases, a small non-refundable deposit may apply.

Product Information: Please email me (marytsdollhouse@aol.com) with any questions about any of the products on my site.

A word about doll box condition - I strive to offer mint condition boxes as box condition is very important to some collectors. If there are any box defects (i.e. dings, dents, creases, etc.) it will be noted in the item description.

SHIPPING

Shipping Rates: Shipping is set a flat rate of $12.00 for the first doll, $2.00 for each additional item. When possible I do combine items to save on shipping. Please note that the shopping cart is set to these defaults.

If you are placing a large order and are unsure about the cost of shipping, please email me for a quote.

Method of shipping: Most orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Large items may be shipped by UPS Ground to keep shipping costs down.

When we can send an individual doll in its own shipper we will do so, unless you note in the comments section that you want double boxing and additional charges may apply to cover the added postage cost. Also, some large items such as Tonner's 22" American Models cannot be double boxed and must be sent in their shipper and additional postage charges may apply based on the final destination we are shipping the doll to. We do add packing peanuts or bubble wrap in the box to help protect the doll when we ship a single doll in its own shipper.

International shipping: We no longer ship internationally nor do we ship an international order to a US Shipping address. The ONLY exception would be a shop exclusive. In this case, the exclusive order will be shipped EMS (Express Mail Service), which is trackable and insured. We declare full value and cannot declare as a gift.

Damaged Packages: Items are packed very carefully. If your item is damaged while en route to you, please email (marytsdollhouse@aol.com) or call (814-949-2907) me immediately so that it can be taken care of. If you do not contact me immediately, I cannot guarantee a suitable resolution.

RETURNS

No returns on new collectible, NRFB (never removed from box) items. All sales are final. Sale-priced items are final sale and cannot be returned.
